Your store, easier for every customer to shop

We find the accessibility problems on your store, fix them in your theme's own code, and keep checking. Like a shop with no step at the door.

Our test store's cart at 1,280 pixels wide, as on a desktop. The small Product heading over the cart, too pale to read, is outlined.

Always know who did what on your store

Our software and a person work on your store. Here's what each one does.

How the record works

  1. Our test store's product page. The ring shows where a keyboard user has reached: the "Add to cart" button.

    Our software

It opens your pages as a shopper's browser would and checks them. It drafts each fix in your theme's own code. Unsure? It asks a person. Every check goes on your record.

  2. Our keyboard test, paused on our test store's home page. After 85 presses of Tab, you're on the button of a small "Don't miss out" popup at the bottom of the page. Nothing on the page shows where you are, and our test marks it in red.

    A person

A person reads everything we send you and checks every fix. Nothing reaches you or your store without their sign-off.

Where our software stops, in Access and security

How we check, in three numbers

One product page at three widths. Our test store's page for the Canvas High shoe, from our October 22 check. First, at a computer's width: 1,280 pixels. Beside it, a phone's width, 375, and 320: a computer's window zoomed to 400%. The narrow two scroll down to the shoe's sizes. On all three, we outline size 10: it's sold out, and its number is too faint to read.
  • 7

Days a week we check the pages your shoppers buy from.

  • 3

We look at each page on a computer, on a phone, and zoomed right in, to 400%.

  • 30

Days, at most, between full checks of every page on the Engage plan. It's 14 on Resolve and seven on Defend.

Work you can check for yourself

You don't have to take our word for any of this.

  • Every fix goes into your theme's own code. We add no widget, overlay or script.
  • Your developer publishes a fix, or we do. Either way, our next check tells you whether the problem's gone.
  • Every check and every fix goes into a dated record. It's yours, and you can check it without us.
  • Our prices are public. You hear yours before you sign anything.

Our promises are in writing, so you can hold us to them. What we find on your store goes only to you. If we ever share numbers across stores, they never say which store they came from. And we don't name a client unless they've said yes in writing.

What we promise
These are our promises to you, in writing and in the agreement you sign, so you can hold us to them.

What we don't do, and what we don't have yet

  • Certification

We don't have an accessibility or security certification, or an outside audit report.

  • Legal and tax advice

We don't give legal or tax advice. If you ever need a lawyer, they work for you, not for us. Each January, we send your tax preparer a file for the disabled access credit. Whether you qualify is theirs to decide. We don't fill in the form.

  • Case studies

None yet. We'll publish one only when a client says yes.

Instead, we show our work on our own Shopify test store, with made-up products. See our examples

See where your store stands

On the call, we show you what our checks found on your store's public pages. Then we walk through what we'd fix on your store, and how.
