Every month, fewer things in your shoppers' way
We find what's in your shoppers' way, write each fix in your theme's own code, and keep checking. You choose when anything goes live.
We'll look at your store before the call.

The work, all done for you
Here's a month with us, in the order it happens.
-
We check your store
We open your pages as shoppers do: on a computer, on a phone and zoomed right in. Our software tests every page by keyboard and records every place the keyboard lands. A person checks each place and signs off each result.
-
We start near checkout
We start with the pages customers buy from. A person reads every problem before you see it. Many problems share one cause, so we fix the cause.
-
We check every fix
Our software drafts each fix, with a note on what changed. A person checks every one. Then it waits, ready, on a hidden copy of your theme until you say yes.
Our review screen. This is where our team checks every fix before it reaches you. You never have to use it. -
We confirm it works
Once a fix is live, our next check confirms the problem is gone. After that, we keep watching for it. If a change brings it back, you'll hear.
-
You keep the record
Every step is dated in your record. An outside service stamps the dates after each check, so anyone can trust them. It's yours. Just ask, and you'll have a copy within 10 business days.
Fixes go live only when you say so
On our Engage plan, your developer publishes each fix. On Resolve and Defend, we do it once you say yes in writing. No developer? We recommend Resolve: we publish the fixes for you.

- Shopify
- You set up a theme password and a collaborator account for us, and you can delete either one any time. We put each fix on a hidden copy of your theme and send you a preview link. It waits there until you say yes.
- WooCommerce®
- We sort out access together on the call. Fixes go in your theme's files, on a copy of your store first. Your host sets how it goes live; we'll plan around that.
- BigCommerce
- You give us a user account that can change your theme but can't take over your store. We upload each fix, and it stays off until you say yes.
- Webflow
- You invite us as a guest who can publish. We publish each fix to your store's test address on webflow.io first. Once you say yes, it goes live.
- Your own code
- We can work through Git, or whichever way in suits your store best.
Shopify runs its own checkout pages, where shoppers enter their details, shipping and payment. They aren't part of your theme, so a fix in your theme doesn't reach them.
Checks every day, every page in turn
On each plan, this is how many days it takes us, at most, to check every page of your store at every screen size.
- Every day
- On Shopify, every step from your homepage up to checkout. On other platforms, your homepage, search, collections and product pages.
- Every week
- We check your homepage, a search, the cart, the sign-in and create-account pages, the page a broken link shows, and some pages of every kind.
- A new theme or app
- We check every kind of page right away.
- Every month
- Your report: what we fixed, what changed and what's next.
You hear when a change gets in the way
Any change, like a new theme or an app, can put something new in shoppers' way or bring back a problem we'd fixed. So we watch for changes. Our team reads every alert, and you'll have it within 24 hours of our check.
When a new theme went live on our test store, our check found a link with no name. A screen reader would say just "link." A person read the alert and let it through.

See what we'd find on your store
Before the call, we look at your store. On the call, we show you what we found, which plan fits and your price.
