Even Entry home

Got an ADA demand letter? Your lawyer's part, and ours.

Under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), your letter says some customers with disabilities can't use parts of your store. We fix those barriers in your store's own code, and your lawyer gets a dated record.

Bring the letter. Your lawyer's welcome too.

What to do this week

  1. Talk to your lawyer before you reply

We don't give legal advice. If you have a letter, your lawyer is the person to advise you on it. We'll have your record ready for them.

  2. Book a call with us

When you book, tell us which pages the letter names. We look at your store before we talk, starting with those pages. On the call, you see what we found and which plan fits. You hear your price before you sign anything.

  3. We start the day you sign

Your part is small. Here's all of it.

Questions to raise with your lawyer in our guide

Your first weeks

Here's what we do, and the bit that's yours.

  1. The day you sign

We check your store, and that starts your record. We work on an unpublished copy of your theme, so nothing goes live until you say yes. Not on Shopify? We'll sort out on the call how we get in.

Your part,  Set up a theme password and a collaborator account for us. Tell us who says yes to fixes, and who your developer is, if you have one.

  2. Within two weeks

Every page has had a full check (Resolve and Defend), and we keep checking from there. If you ask, we'll send your evidence pack within 10 business days.

Your part,  Nothing, unless your lawyer wants the pack.

  3. End of month one

We've set your starting point with our first full check, and later checks measure against it. Your first fixes are ready, starting nearest checkout. We've drafted your accessibility statement. We publish the fixes (Resolve and Defend), or your developer does (Engage).

Your part,  Say yes to each fix, read the statement, and tell us how shoppers can contact you.

If month one ends before we deliver your baseline, your statement and your first fixes, ready to publish, month two is free.

What you can hand your lawyer

After every check, an outside service stamps the date on your record. So anyone, your lawyer included, can check when each entry was made without taking our word for it. We only ever add to it.

A record shows what was done, and when.

  • In March 2026, a federal court in New York looked at a store's work from before it was sued.

  • Since August 28, 2026, a Missouri law has covered only Missouri businesses, including any registered with the state's secretary of state. Sued over its website, such a business can bring its own case in a Missouri court, asking it to rule the suit abusive.

If it began real, good-faith steps to fix the problem within 90 days of written notice, the court presumes a later website claim abusive. The other side can try to show it isn't, and there's no presumption if the problem wasn't actually fixed in time, as the court decides.

  • In February 2026, the Justice Department urged a court to turn down a settlement. The settlement had no way to check that the fixes were made and stayed made.

Your lawyer is the one to say what applies to you.

Two questions for your lawyer

Do you want our work to go through you?
Some lawyers want a say in who checks your store, and how you hear what we find. Yours can say whether the other side could ask to see our record.
Do you want to read the statement first?
We draft it in month one, while some problems are still open. If your lawyer wants to read it first, we wait.

The plan that fits

You don't need our top plan to start. Every plan begins the work the day you sign, evidence pack included.

  • Engage

    $795 a month

Every fix ready for your developer to publish.

  • Resolve

    $1,795 a month

We publish each fix for you, once you approve it.

  • Defend

    $2,795 a month

People with disabilities shop your store twice a year, and we act on what they find.

Later, if you'd like to go further with your store, there's Defend. Twice a year, people with disabilities shop it and tell us what got in their way, and we act on it. Your evidence pack comes sooner, too.

No onboarding fee. Plans start with three months, then go month to month. See prices and terms.

Not a client yet: After a call, we can put an evidence pack together for your lawyer. It's $3,000.

What no one can promise

Three things can look like an answer to a letter.

A widget
It changes the page in shoppers' browsers, not your code. The Federal Trade Commission alleged one widget's maker made false or unsupported claims about the widget. In April 2025, the Commission ordered the maker to pay $1 million.
We change your store's code itself, and check each fix once it's live.
A badge or a score
A seal in your footer, or a score from an automated checker. Neither shows what someone using a keyboard or a screen reader can do.
We test every page with only a keyboard, and a person signs off every test.
Only fixing the store
Worth doing for your customers, whatever happens with the letter.
We fix it, and keep a dated record of every step.

No service can promise a store won't be sued, and we don't.

So we can't promise the letter goes away. We promise the work, and a dated record of it.
