More of your customers can shop your store
More than one in four US adults have some type of disability. Working-age adults with disabilities had about $674 billion to spend after tax in 2024.
-
Shoppers on a keyboard alone
We fix the buttons and menus a keyboard skips, like "Add to cart."
-
Shoppers with a screen reader
We make each button say what it does, and we describe every product picture.
-
Shoppers who zoom in or have low vision
We fix faint text, and layouts that overlap when they zoom in.
You run your store. We do the accessibility work.
Your live store changes only when you choose. We work in your theme's own code, so shoppers have nothing extra to load.
What we do
- We check your store and find what trips shoppers up.
- Software drafts each fix in your theme's code, and a person checks it.
- We keep your accessibility statement up to date.
- We keep a record of every check and every fix.
What you do
- You give us access, once.
- You choose when each fix goes live, and your developer publishes it.
- No developer? We can publish the fixes for you.

How a month runs
It's the same five steps, every month.
-
We check your store
Every day we check the pages your customers buy from, and every week we look wider, at some pages of every kind.
-
We start near checkout
We start with the pages closest to checkout, and fix problems that share a cause together.
-
We check every fix
A person checks each one. Once you say yes, your developer publishes it, or we do.
-
We confirm it works
Every check after a fix goes live confirms it still works.
-
You keep the record
Every check and every fix, each with its date.
Work you can see, every month
Your report, status page and statement come from one record, so they always match the work.

-
3 business days

Be ready before anyone asks
Being ready means that if anyone asks, the record of our work on your store is already there.

3,117
federal lawsuits over website accessibility in 2025, under the Americans with Disabilities Act. That's 27% more than the year before.
-
91%
of the website problems lawyers claimed in California in 2025 were five familiar kinds, like missing labels or captions. In 2024, it was 85%.
A store sued in New York showed a federal court it had worked on accessibility since 2023, before the suit, and kept testing. It had checked the problems the suit named, found one and fixed it, and in March 2026 the court dismissed the case.
These figures are as of October 2026.
Three plans. Each takes more off your hands.
-
Engage
We get the fixes ready, and your developer publishes them.
What every plan includes
- Daily and weekly checks of your store
- A monthly report, and a status page that's brought up to date after every check
- Your accessibility statement, kept up to date
-
Resolve
We publish each fix once you approve it.
What Resolve adds
- We test every page each month, by keyboard and two screen readers
- We take app problems to the maker and follow up
- A call with us every month
-
Defend
We fix what people with disabilities find when they shop your store.
What Defend adds
- The accessibility report a large business customer asks for before they buy
- We test every page each month, by keyboard and three screen readers
- Your record, put together for your own lawyer, within 5 business days
You hear your price before you sign anything.

Only when you choose. Until then, each fix waits on a copy of your theme your shoppers can't see.
Not quite. Free apps come in two kinds, widgets and checkers. A widget changes the page in your shopper's browser, and our post sets out where that falls short. We fix your theme's own code instead. A checker is a good first look. But it can't see everything. Here's what free checkers find on Shopify, and what they miss. We run checks too, and a person reads every problem before you see it.
If you have one, they publish each fix once you say yes. No developer? We recommend Resolve: we publish the fixes for you.
We look at your store first, starting with the way to checkout. Then, on a free video call, we show you what we found, which plan fits and your price, all in 30 minutes.
Engage is $795 a month, Resolve $1,795 and Defend $2,795, with no onboarding fee, and add-ons cost extra. A store bigger than a plan covers pays a set amount more each month, and you hear your price before you sign anything.
Yes. We agree on the call how we get in, and each fix waits where shoppers won't see it until you say yes. Every day, we check your homepage, a search, a collection and a product page. Your first month starts the day you sign, as on Shopify.
It might. Since June 2025, the European Accessibility Act has covered online shops selling to people in the EU, wherever the shop is based. A very small business may be exempt. Fewer than 10 people? And either yearly sales or total assets of €2 million or less? That counts as very small. A lawyer in the EU is the one to say if it covers your store. We check against the European standard too.
